Si Tapas and Spanish Cuisine is the new kid on the block as far as tapas go in Dallas, Texas. Si Tapas is essentially a reincarnation of Hola, a Fallen Soldier from this past February. They offer an extensive wine list, sangria selections, and a wide variety of tapas and paella.
