Times Ten's First Wine Down Wednesday Recap
A quick recap of last week's very first Wine Down Wednesday at Times Ten Cellars. The pizza was wonderful (see the marginal cell-phone snapshot below). Unfortunately, the pizza maker ran out of his sausage pizza early on in the night (he used sausage from Jimmy's Food Store, not realizing he was in East Dallas and that everyone in East Dallas knows how good the sausage is!). The wine, as usual was excellent. We indulged in a bottle of Grenache that was quite tasty.
For Wine Down Wednesday this week (today), we were promised that the pizza maker would bring extra helpings of sausage and pizza dough in preparation for the crowds. Plus, there will be live music tonight! Awesome!
