Zymology - Greenville's Newest Dinner Hot Spot
If you haven't heard of it already, I suggest taking a trip down to lower Greenville Ave to check out newly opened Zymology. Zymology is located at 2010 Greenville Ave., and is co-owned by Sam Dickey, who is the brother of Garreth Dickey - who is associated with Knox Henderson hotspot, Hibiscus.
Zymology will be offering an extensive menu of small bite plates, small bite sandwiched, and larger, family sized portions. The eatery will also feature a diverse bar menu, including happy hour favorites, $3 pint night on Monday's and on Wednesday's, your choice of up to 8 bottles of wine for $15 each (I dare you to find another restaurant with that large of a wine selection at $15).
